The mail gets delivered to the inmates Monday through Friday, however, there isn't mail delivery on the weekends. Mail is only delivered to the inmates who can present their jail identification armband.

All calls are monitored. Inmates are limited to 15 minutes. Calling features such as three-way calling is prohibited for the inmates to use. If an inmate is caught using any calling features the call will be terminated.
The Westchester County Jail - Women's Unit inmates do not have a way to get onto the internet. However, they have access to their Global Tel Link account.
Inmates are able to send electronic messages similar to email to their friends and family with this service. A majority of the inmates choose this service because it is more convenient and much faster than traditional mail. However, there is a fee to use this service.
Visiting Rules
