Phone calls

C. Carlos Carreiro Immigration Detention Center inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time, inmates are allowed to call their family and friends. Inmates are allowed 15-minute calls. The call will be terminated when the 15 minutes is over. 

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are forbidden for the inmates to use. The call will be disconnected if an inmate is caught using any of these features. Disciplinary action will be taken up against the inmate as well.

Visiting Rules

C. Carlos Carreiro Immigration Detention Center inmates are allowed to have visitors. All visitors under the age of 18 will are allowed to visit, however, they will need to go with their legal guardian. Before you are allowed to go in the visitation area you will need to show either your driver’s license, state identification card, or your United States Passport.
