Phone calls

Inmates at the James I. Montgomery Correctional Center are allowed to make phone calls to their family and friends. Inmates have a limit of 15-minute phone calls. The call will be terminated after the 15 minutes is over.

Visiting Rules

The James I. Montgomery Correctional Center only allows video visits, which are non-contact visits. You and the inmate will only be able to see each other on a computer screen. You and the inmate will not be allowed to sit together, see each other behind glass, or anything like that. Only non-contact are permitted. No other visits are allowed.

Three visitations each calendar week are permitted for the inmates. All visitations are recorded and monitored.

You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled visitation appointment. Your driver’s license, passport, or your state identification card will need to be presented before you will be allowed to visit.
